UPDATE: U.S. 23 in Greenup Reopens Following Crash

UPDATE 11/16/12 @ 3:45 p.m.
GREENUP COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) -- U.S. 23 has reopened following a crash Friday afternoon.
The road was closed for a couple hours following a two-vehicle crash near the Marathon in Wurtland, Ky.
A helicopter was brought in to transport at least one person to the hospital.
No names have been released at this time.

GREENUP COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) -- A portion of U.S. 23 near the Industrial Parkway in Greenup County is closed due to an accident.
The two vehicle crash was reported just after 1:30 Friday afternoon. It is in the area of the Wurtland Marathon.
Dispatchers don’t know the extent of injuries, but tell WSAZ.com a helicopter is being brought in to transport at least one person to the hospital.
