PUTNAM COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Five people are recovering after a two car crash in Putnam County.
The accident happened Thursday evening on Route 817 at the intersection of Stewart Acres, near the John Amos Power Plant.
Deputies tell WSAZ.com, two SUVs crashed head on. They aren't sure what caused on of the SUVs to cross the center line.
Several of the victims were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
No names have been released just yet.
