UPDATE: Corridor G Reopen at Crash Scene

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The southbound lanes of Corridor G at MacCorkle Avenue and the westbound lanes on MacCorkle Avenue have reopened, according to Metro 911.

One person was taken to the hospital. The extent of that person's injuries was not immediately known.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Three-vehicle accident has shut down the southbound lanes of Corridor G at MacCorkle Avenue, as well as the westbound lanes of MacCorkle Avenue in that area Tuesday night, according to Metro 911.

The accident was reported just before 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Heavy damage was reported to the vehicles, but there was no initial information about possible injuries.
