KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A work release inmate who escaped Friday night while on work detail from the Beckley (W.Va.) Correctional Center.was arrested Monday in Kanawha County, West Virginia State Police say.
James Douglas Hall, 43, was arrested in Jefferson, W.Va.
Hall, who also goes by Skib and Skippy, was serving time for eight counts of breaking and entering in Kanawha County and one count of daytime burglary in Calhoun County.
The West Virginia Division of Corrections says James Douglas Hall, 43, never returned to the center after work Friday night.

He is 5’9”, 155 lbs with several tattoos. The most noticeable include one that says “mom” on his left hand, a barbwire wrap with a moon and clouds on his upper-left arm and a heart with a ribbon through it on his right arm.
