GREENUP COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) -- The man who deputies say robbed a Greenup County grocery store has been caught.
Kentucky State Police arrested Benjamin Stafford, 30, of Flatwoods, Ky., late Wednesday afternoon.
Stafford was arrested at a funeral home in Sandy Hook.
The Greenup County Sheriff says Stafford held-up Browns Grocery Store on Route 207 in Argillite on July 13.
Stafford is charged with robbery, possession of a controlled substance, along with a drug paraphernalia charge.
He was taken to the Greenup County Detention Center.

They say Stafford is considered armed and dangerous
The armed robbery happened on July 13 at about 8 a.m.
The employee who was held up, told WSAZ.com the suspect was getting ready to pay for a soda when he pulled out a gun and demanded all the money. The clerk says the man not only got away with cash from the register, but also a small safe that was behind the counter.
He then fled the store on an older model motorcycle.
The Sheriff says he got away with $248.
The clerk told WSAZ.com the robber told her he wasn't a bad person, just a drug addict.

Investigators say he was wearing a dark sweatshirt, a dew rag on his head, dark sunglasses and silver and black gloves.
The clerk says he was 20-25 years old.
The store owner tells WSAZ.com this is the first time she has been robbed in 43 years. The owner is offering a reward.
Dispatchers tell WSAZ.com it happened at Browns Grocery on Route 207 at about 8 a.m. Wednesday.
They say the suspect, a man wearing dark sunglasses, fled the store in an older model motorcycle.
No word on a weapon.
