SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Three people were rushed to the hospital after a three car crash along Corridor G.
It happened just before 3:30 p.m. Sunday near Parkway Road, according to Metro 911.
South Charleston Police tell WSAZ.com that one car stopped abruptly and a second car rear ended the first. Both of the cars stayed on the road and officers say a third car smashed into the other two.
Officers are not sure if weather may have played a role in the crash.
Officers say three people were transported to CAMC General including a 13-year-old, and 18-year-old and a 40-year-old. All three were in the second car that rear ended the first.
No one was hurt in the other two cars.
Several lanes of Corridor G were closed while the wreck was cleaned up. They have since reopened.
