CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A woman arrested earlier this week in a raid on a home on Charleston's West Side faces additional criminal charges in southeastern Ohio, police say.

Kathryn Smith was among those arrested after police said her child was crawling with bugs in a home with "deplorable" conditions.

At that time, Smith said she had no idea the babysitter and her boyfriend were smoking marijuana while she was at work.

Smith, who was out on bond, was arrested again Friday. She faces felony drug possession charges in Athens, Ohio.
