CABELL COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man charged with two counts of first degree murder has been found incompetent to stand trial.
Rodney Black is charged with killing a set of brothers in Barboursville this past January.
Black entered a not guilty plea and underwent a psychological evaluation.
His public defender said the results showed his client might not ever be competent to stand trial then asked for him to be transferred from jail to a hospital.
The state has until next week to respond.
