UPDATE 2/13/11 @ 11 p.m.
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A convicted felon is blaming his criminal record on his latest arrest..

Greg Conley,39, of Milton was arrested after Cabell County Sheriff's Deputies say they found drugs in his possession.

Deputies say they received a tip around 6 p.m. Sunday about possible drug activity in the parking lot of the Dollar General in Ona.

They say when they checked out a silver Camaro in front of the store, they found Conley sitting in the driver side with drugs and cash in the vehicle.

An undercover deputy says they found about a gram of heroin, a gram of methamphetamine, about 100 oxycontin pills, and 22 hundred dollars in cash.

They say Conley is a convicted felon from Milton who was just released from home confinement Friday for operating a meth lab.

Conley blames his quick return to crime on not being able to find work.

“People wouldn't get me a job for three or four months when I looked for one every day," Conley said as he was being escorted to Magistrate Court. “Nobody wants to hire a felon.”

Conley is charged with four counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Bond has been set at $100,000..
