CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A video has been released that features a family member of a victim of the Upper Big Branch Mine disaster.

On Friday, an interview with Dr. Judy Jones Petersen was released on YouTube. It's part of a new documentary she was interviewed for called "Blood on the Mountain."

The documentary is not focused on UBB; the disaster that happened April 5, 2010, is just a small part.

Dr. Petersen's brother, Dean Jones, died in the explosion.

The producer of the piece told WSAZ.com that Dr. Petersen asked the producer to release this part of the documentary early, on the heels of former Massey CEO Don Blankenship's documentary, which many family members are upset about, as a way to honor her brother and the other miners who died.
