Roy Pittman was in court Monday morning.

A mental evaluation showed he is competent to stand trial, but there is questions about his mental capacity.

Another evaluation was ordered by the judge.

Police say Pittman shot his 15-year-old daughter Brittany to death last May.

It happened at their house on Keystone Drive near Charleston.
