HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man from Huntington has been sentenced to 70 months in prisons on a federal drug charge.
Mark Cole, 31, was sentenced Monday in U.S. District Court in Huntington.
Cole admitted that on November 24, 2010, he and an associate sold three bags of crack cocaine to an undercover agent working with the ATF in exchange for $3,300.
Prosecutors say the prearranged drug transaction took place at the Smokin’ Aces store in Huntington.
Cole also admitted that on December 8, 2010, he sold two bags containing crack cocaine to an undercover ATF agent in exchange for $2,180. This drug transaction also took place at the Smokin’ Aces store.
