Fire Crews Battle 300 Acre Brush Fire

CABELL COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Fire crews were called to the scene of a major brush fire in Cabell County, W.Va.
Firefighters tell WSAZ.com the fire broke out about 3 Saturday afternoon.
They say the fire stretched from Madison Creek Road to Smith Creek Road in Salt Rock.
Neighbors alerted the fire department after seeing flames in the woods.
The fire took several hours to put out.
Fire crews estimate 300 acres were on fire.
