Fire Destroys Home in Jackson County, W.Va.

JACKSON COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A fire has destroyed a home in Jackson County, West Virginia.

It broke out about 1:30 p.m. Friday on Lone Oak Road near Cottageville.

Everyone was able to make it out safely.

Investigators are not sure what started the fire.

This is the second time in 24 hours crews have been at the home.

Firefighters responded to a fire call at the house Thursday night about 11:30 p.m.

It's unclear if the two incidents are related.
