LINCOLN COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Heavy rain led to high water problems in the region Wednesday night, especially in parts of south central West Virginia.
There were numerous reports of flooded roads throughout Lincoln County. Big Laurel Road in Hamlin was among the hard-hit areas. A truck was stuck in high water on Big Laurel Road, but the driver managed to make it out safely.
There also were reports of flooding in parts of Mingo County, including in the Ben Creek area. No one was reported hurt.
