JOHNSON COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) -- Johnson County Sheriff's Deputies followed up on an anonymous drug tip and found two active meth labs.
Deputies searched a home on Blevins Drive in Staffordsville Wednesday evening.
The home belongs to David J. Blevins, Jr., 35.
Inside the home, deputies found two active meth labs. One was in a cooler on the front porch. Another was inside the home, in a fireplace.
Deputies say Blevins, Jr. tried to run from them, but was caught.
He was taken into custody and charged with manufacturing meth, possession of a control substance, unlawful possession of meth precursors, fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest and violation of EPO/DVO.
Three women in the home were also arrested.
Sara Dennison, 21, of Boons Camp, Kendra Wells, 24, of Paintsville, and Shyla Selvage, 18, were all taken into custody and charged with manufacturing meth, possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of meth precursors.
Between the four arrested, six bench warrants were also served.
All are being held in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
