MILTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Three men and a woman were arrested following a meth bust at a trailer in the 400-block of Florida Street on Monday.

Milton Police charged Richard Lonnie Crouch Jr., 32, of Milton, with two counts of operating a clandestine meth lab, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and two counts of possession of meth in an altered state. Couch's bond was set at $50,000.

William Henson Setliff, 21, of Milton, was charged with two counts of operating a clandestine meth lab, possession of meth and possession with intent to deliver. Setliff's bond was set at $30,000.

Emily Rose Chapman, 21, of Milton, was charged with possession of meth, possession with intent to deliver and operating a clandestine meth lab. Chapman's bond was set at $40,000.

Ambrose Chapman, 37, was charged with operating a clandestine meth lab, possession of meth in an altered state and possession with intent to deliver. Chapman's bond was set at $30,000.

According the criminal compliant, Milton Police said they had received information from several informants that Mr. Couch had been making meth at the trailer. Early Monday morning, Milton Police seized five bags of garbage that had been place outside the trailer for weekly garbage pickup.

Police said that during a search of the trash back at the police department, they found six used "shake-and-bake" labs in the trash, along with other meth making materials.

Then, about 11:30 a.m Monday, Milton Police searched the trailer where they say they found a large amount of meth making precursors.

Patrolman Dean Bishop told WSAZ.com that there were more "shake-and-bake" meth labs in the home than he has ever seen.

“It’s a problem that people aren’t deterred by,” Bishop said. “It’s such a crippling addiction. People will continue to do it, no matter what happens.”

All four people arrested were in the trailer at the time of the raid.
