Four Busted in Undercover Drug Sting

OLIVE HILL, Ky. (WSAZ) — An undercover drug sting at a residence in Olive Hill ends with four people in jail.

Members of the FADE Drug Task Force say they busted three men and one woman at the residence along Perry Tabernacle Road Tuesday evening.

Detectives say the four had a stash of cash, marijuana and possibly heroin in the house.

58-year-old John McGuire, 44-year-old Clyde Butler, and 34-year-old Bonnie Butler, all of Olive Hill, were each charged with trafficking in a controlled substance.

31-year-old Timothy Lawhorn, of Olive Hill, was charged with tampering with physical evidence and fleeing and evading police.

All four people are being held in the Carter County Detention Center.
