PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Four people are facing charges after police say they found drugs and a gun in their home.
According to a release from the Portsmouth Police Department, officers assisted in a home visit of a parolee on Boundary Street in Portsmouth.
During the search of the home officers found 28 grams of heroin, a loaded gun and digital scales. The heroin is estimated to be worth $2,800.
Terry Kigore, 25, of Dayton, Ohio, Deandre Buchanan, 23, of Dayton, Ohio, Mitchell Waring III, 35 of Portsmouth, Ohio, and Savanna Darby, 25, of Portsmouth, Ohio, were all arrested at the Portsmouth home.
All four individuals are facing charges of trafficking in heroin, possession of heroin and possessing criminal tools.
According to the release, the Portsmouth Police Department believes the heroin was transported to Portsmouth from Dayton, Ohio by Kilgore and Buchanan.
