GALLIA COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Family members say a missing 76-year-old man from Vinton, in Gallia County, has been found.
Dispatchers at the Gallia County Sheriff's Office tell WSAZ.com that Jimmy Alexander’s daughter contacted them a short time ago to say that Alexander was located in Waverly, Ohio, and that his son was going to get him.
Waverly Police tell WSAZ.com that Mr. Alexander was found walking along the road and that someone picked him up and called police.
Waverly Police say they have not found Mr. Alexander's car at this time.
Family members reported Alexander missing after he failed to return home from an appointment in the Waverly area Monday morning. The last phone contact they had with him was in the Waverly area.
Alexander is expected to go to a local hospital to be checked out.

Alexander is driving a 1999 4-door Buick. He is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs about 190 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
