GALLIA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) --The Gallia County Sheriff's Office is looking into the death of an inmate at the Gallia County Jail.
Sheriff Joe Browning says 38-year-old William Mullins, Jr., of Gallipolis, was found hanging in a cell at about 4:30 a.m. Saturday.
Police say Mullins had been arrested at 2:30 a.m. on charges of domestic violence.
The incident is still under investigation.
