Greenup County Man Charged with Drug Trafficking

FLATWOODS, Ky. (WSAZ) -- A Greenup County man was arrested and charged with drug trafficking in pain pills, according to information from Kentucky State Police.
Frank W. Basenback, 25, of Flatwoods was charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.
On Monday, KSP troopers and detectives conducted a controlled buy. They say Basenback handed over three oxycodone pills.
Search warrants were obtained, and troopers recovered more than $20,000 cash.
Basenback was taken to the Greenup County Detention Center.
