POINT PLEASANT, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A home was destroyed when it caught fire Tuesday afternoon.

The fire happened just before 1 p.m. at 195 North Park Drive.

Point Pleasant Fire Chief Jeremy Bryant tells WSAZ.com that it took crews about 15 minutes to put out the fire. They originally called for assistance from other fire departments, but were able to contain the blaze themselves.
