BARBOURSVILLE, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man who says he is homeless has been starred and charged with setting fires in dumpsters next to two restaurants in Barboursville,
The fires happened at the Sonic and Cracker Barrel Restaurants along Route 60 on November 3.
50-year-old Walter Carter has been charged with two counts of third-degree arson and one count of arson causing bodily injury.
The criminal complaint says firefighters found Carter behind one of the dumpsters with a green lighter his possession.
One of the firefighters burned his hand as he was forcibly removing Carter from the fire.
