I-64 Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Bust

NITRO, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man from Culloden faces multiple felony drug charges following a traffic stop on Interstate 64 in Nitro.

According to the criminal complaint, Nitro Police pulled over a car driven by 49-year-old Nick Snavely for a traffic violation on Sunday. I
nvestigators say that Snavely consented to a search and that the officer found both meth and marijuana packaged for individual sale in Snavely's left front pocket.

Snavely is being held in the South Central Regional Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond.
