UPDATE: Boyd Co. Escaped Inmate Back in Custody

BOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) -- An inmate who walked away from work detail in Boyd County, Ky. is now back in custody.

Boyd County 911 dispatcher say Charles J. Bocook, 26, was found Sunday.

911 officials say Bocook walked away from his work detail near Holy Family School on Winchester Avenue in Ashland.

He was last seen wearing a fluorescent green shirt and striped pants.

BOYD COUNTY, Ky (WSAZ) -- First responders are searching for an inmate who they say walked away from his work detail.

Charles J. Bocook, 26, was an inmate at the Boyd County Detention Center.

911 officials say Bocook walked away from his work detail near Holy Family School on Winchester Avenue in Ashland.

He was last seen wearing a fluorescent green shirt and striped pants.
