CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Thousands of internet users in and around Charleston were without service for more than 24 hours this weekend.
Frontier officials tell WSAZ.com a hardware failure caused a significant outage.
It was first reported about 4:00 p.m. Saturday morning.
Service was restored about 3:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
