LINCOLN COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Plans for a new pre-kindergarten through fifth-grade school are underway after the Lincoln County Board of Education approved several options to purchase 14 acres of land.
Board members made the decision Tuesday night -- based on a proposed school between Duval and Midway.
Actual construction depends on the passing of a school bond levy. Voters will head to the polls Feb. 23 to decide its fate.
