UPDATE: Missing Girls Found Safe; Teen Charged

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WSAZ) -- A 19-year-old man from Lexington has been charged in connection with the disappearance of two 16-year-old girls from Lawrence County, Ky.

Brittany Cheyenne Bishop and Karina Catalan were located in Lexington Saturday night. They were last seen early Friday morning heading to a school bus stop near Louisa.

Lexington Police arrested Jesus Cristino Saturday night on a charge of custodial interference.

Officers say they located one of the girls at a Lexington gas station and that she told them the other girl was at Cristino's apartment. Police say they went to the apartment and found the girl there with Cristino.

There's no word if any other charges will be filed in this case.

FAYETTE COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) -- The girls missing since Thursday in Kentucky have been found.

Brittany Cheyenne Bishop and Karina Catalan both have been found. They were located in Fayette County near Lexington.

LAWRENCE COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) -- Two teens from Kentucky are missing.

The Lawrence County Sheriff's office is seeking help in finding Brittany Cheyenne Bishop, 16, and Karina Catalan AKA Romano, 16.

They were last seen around 7:30 a.m. on October 17, 2013 going to the school bus stop along South Highway 3 just outside of Louisa.

Deputies say they could possibly be headed towards the Fayette County/Lexington area.

Bishop is approximately 5'6", 110 pounds with blue eyes and blonde collar length hair. She was last seen wearing a light green shirt with a dark green vest, tan pants and white tennis shoes. Bishop is in need of medication which she did not take with her.

Catalan is approximately 4'11", 120 pounds, brown eyes and black shoulder length hair. She is believed to have a duck umbrella and a blue and black backpack.
