Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting Mentally Challenged Man

MILTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – A man is charged with second-degree sexual assault on a mentally challenged man.

Milton Police say it happened Thursday night at a home along Lawhorn Street.

According to the criminal complaint, the victim told police 21-year-old Jacob Wayne Davis grabbed him by the hand and pulled him toward the bathroom. Davis then shut the door and stood between it and the victim.

The complaint said the victim told police during an interview that Davis pulled the victim's pants down and that Davis admitted that he and the victim had sex.

Davis told Milton police it was the victim’s idea.

The criminal complaint does not state the age of the victim.

A woman in the home called police after the victim told her what had happened.

Davis is being held in the Western Regional Jail.
