Man Arrested After Officer-Involved Crash

JACKSON, Ohio (WSAZ) - A man was arrested after rear-ending a police cruiser and sending the officer to the hospital.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, at 1:20 Saturday morning, Ronald Ash of Sierra Vista, Arizona crashed his truck into the cruiser at a traffic light on Main Street at Harding Avenue.
Troopers arrested Ash and charged him with a DUI.
Troopers say the officer was taken to Holzer Medical Center of Jackson. He was treated and released.
Ohio State Highway Patrol says the crash is still under investigation.
