VINTON COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A man is facing charges after deputies say he fired shots in his home.
The Vinton County Sheriff's Office says Quran Giles, 20, of McArthur, is charged with domestic violence, having weapons while intoxicated, and obstruction of official business.
Sheriff Shawn Justice says his office received a call about 5 p.m. Friday, November 1, about a domestic issue at a home on Murphy Road in McArthur.
They say Giles allegedly fired several shots inside and outside of his home.
After a brief standoff, he walked out of the home and was taken into custody.
The case has been sent to the Vinton County Prosecutor's Office.
Giles is expected to be in court this week for a bond hearing.
