CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man who admitted to breaking in to a former family member's apartment and stealing several items is now behind bars.
Sunday morning, Charleston Police arrested Anthony Ross Harmon, 25, and charged him with burglary.
The burglary happened about 3 a.m. at an apartment complex on Winston Court.
According to the criminal complaint, Harmon was caught breaking in through a window and stealing a dvd player and dvd changer.
Harmon admitted to going back inside for alcohol when he saw police lights outside.
He says he was planning to sell the stolen property for money.
Harmon is being held in the South Central Regional Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
