Man Arrested in Restaurant Break-in Nitro

NITRO, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man was arrested Wednesday in connection with a break-in into the Subway restaurant in the 4100 block of 1st Avenue, which happened in May, Nitro Police say.

Matthew Todd Miller, 19, is expected to be charged with breaking and entering.

Police say on May 28, a man entered a restaurant window that had been broken, went inside the restaurant and stole some cash.

Miller was arrested in Kanawha County after returning by train from a trip in New York to visit family.
