FAYETTE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A case of child pornography has ties to Fayette and Raleigh Counties.
Isaac Broyles, 26, of Beckley, turned himself into the Fayette County Sheriff's Deputies on Thursday evening.
He is facing 40 felony charges including use of a minor in filming sexually explicit conduct.
According to investigators he got involved with a 14-year-old girl from Ansted in Fayette County and then distributed what he filmed.
Broyles posted bond. It was set at $80,000.
Several agencies across the state of West Virginia helped with this investigation including the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, The West Virginia State Police Digitial Forcensic Unit at Marshall University, the West Virginia State Police Crimes Against Children Unit, the Beckley Detachment of the WVSP, the Kanawha County Sheriff's Department, and the Child and Youth Advocacy Center in Oak Hill.
