SCIOTO COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A man was arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop on Ohio 104 in the West Portsmouth area, according to information from Scioto County Sheriff Marty V. Donini.
Timothy L. Cooper, 33, of West Portsmouth, was charged with possession of oxycodone, possession of suboxone and tampering with evidence. He was arraigned Friday on those charges.
Deputies arrested Cooper about 9:30 p.m. Thursday after residents complained about drug activity in the West Portsmouth area.
