NITRO, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man turned himself in on Wednesday in connection with an incident where two girls said a man exposed himself to them near the Nitro boat ramp in May, Nitro Police say.
Douglas Spry, 37, was charged with indecent exposure.
Deputies say the girls identified Spry as the man who pulled his pants down in front of them.
An anonymous caller identified Spry from a Facebook post, deputies said. They also say Spry was arrested July 16 and charged with possession of marijuana after a traffic stop in Nitro. Spry was a passenger in the vehicle at the time.
Spry was arraigned and posted a $500 cash bond.
