LOGAN COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man who allegedly threatened to blow up a mental health facility in Logan County faces charges, West Virginia State Police troopers say.

Lige Mullins, 45, was arrested at his home Friday afternoon. He is charged with threat of terroristic acts.
