Man Indicted in Home Burglary

PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A West Portsmouth man has been arrested in connection with a home burglary where investigators say a woman was threatened during the burglary.
The Scioto County Sheriff says Richard Montoya, 36, was arrested after being indicted by a recent Scioto County grand jury.
The incident happened at a home on Upper Twin Creek. The Sheriff says a 42-inch flat screen television was taken.
Montoya was charged with second-degree burglary.
