UPDATE: Suspect Caught in Shots Fired Case in Charleston

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man wanted for shooting a gun in the 1300-block of Quarrier Street has been caught.

Kevin Maurice Watson, 27, of Charleston, was captured early Wednesday morning and charged with wanton endangerment.

Police say Watson got into a verbal argument with two people, pulled out a handgun and allegedly fired two rounds toward those people.

No one was hurt.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- An arrest warrant has been obtained for a man wanted in a shots fired incident Tuesday evening in the 1300 block of Quarrier Street, according to information from the Charleston Police Department.

Kevin Maurice Watson, 27, of Charleston, is wanted on a wanton endangerment charge.

Watson got into a verbal argument with two people, pulled out a handgun and allegedly fired two rounds toward those people, according to a police investigation.

No one was hurt.

It happened about 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Anyone with information about Watson's whereabouts is asked to call the Charleston Police Criminal Investigation Division at 304-348-6480.
