HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Police say they plan to charge a driver of a pickup with DUI after an accident in Huntington Thursday morning.
Police say it all began about 3 a.m. at the intersection of 5th Avenue and 31 Street when the driver hit a minivan that was stopped at a red light. The driver of the van was not injured.
Police say the man then took off and headed down Route 60 where he drove behind a furniture store and crashed his truck over an embankment.
Police have not released the name of the name of the man taken into custody.
