NEW INFO: Three Arrested in Meth Bust

PUTNAM COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Three people are facing charges after they were busted with meth.

Katherine Youell, Robert Thompson in the yellow and his wife, Cassandra were all picked up Friday morning.

Deputies say they went to a house on Syacome Lane in Hurricane.

They say they found Youell sitting outside on a swing set and she was holding a jar of meth.

They also found the drug being cooked in an outbuilding.

Deputies then searched the home and found meth making materials along with two children.

The children are ages three and nine-years-old. They have been taken into protective custody,

PUTNAM COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Three people have been arrested after a meth bust in Putnam County.

It happened early Friday morning on Sycamore Lane in Hurricane.

Deputies say they found a meth lab in a home and arrested Katherine Youell, Robert and Cassandra Thompson.

They say children were home at the time of the bust.

All three suspects have been taken to Putnam County Magistrate Court to be arraigned on the charges.
