DUNBAR, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The city of Dunbar will be fixing the drainage system on Payne Avenue.
Council accepted a contract bid Monday night on the construction project.
New culverts have to be installed, and the entire project will cost the city about $12,000.
Mayor Jack Yeager says storm runoff has backed up into yards and has caused some flooding.
Construction is expected to take about 30 days.
