HUNTINGTON TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A family is grieving following an explosion at a mobile home in Gallia County.
Kenneth Marcum, 33, of Vinton has been identified by family as the man who was killed in the fire.
"He was a good guy, he had a good heart. I loved him. I'm going to miss him" Mary Oiler, Marcum's aunt said.
Oiler woke up Saturday morning to the explosion, which happened next door to her house.
The cause of the explosion is still under investigation by authorities.
HUNTINGTON TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WSAZ) -- One man is dead after a reported explosion at a mobile home in Gallia County.
Gallia County Chief Deputy Dick Grau tells WSAZ.com that an explosion and fire were reported at a home on Hartsook Road Saturday morning. That is in Huntington Township, near Vinton.
When they got on scene, the mobile home was fully involved.
A man was found dead inside the mobile home. Grau tells WSAZ.com that he has not been identified at this time because of his injuries.
The Gallia County Sheriff's Department, Ohio State Fire Marshal and Vinton Fire Department are on the scene investigating.
At this time, investigators are not releasing what caused the fire.
