HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Huntington Police say a 22-year-old man was stabbed during a domestic disturbance Friday morning.
It happened just before 6:30 Friday morning at a house in the 100 block of Main Street in Guyandotte.
Lt. John Williams says the victim is Joseph Vernatter. Williams says Verantter was cut on the abdomen with a box cutter. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Williams say the incident involved Vernatter, his ex-girlfriend and her current boyfriend.
No word if any charges will be filed in the case.
It happened at a house in the 100 block of Bridge Street about 6 a.m.
Dispatchers tell WSAZ.com that one person was stabbed. There is no word on the person’s condition.
There is also no word about a suspect.
