Charleston Police Ask for Help to Identify Tire Slasher

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Charleston Police are asking for the public's help to identify a man who they believe was involved in a tire slashing.

According to the news release, the man slashed the tires on a vehicle parked at Lisa's Video Lottery located at 115 Quarrier Street on September 17. Police say there was no apparent reason for the tire slashing.

The man was caught on a camera outside the establishment.
