Police Respond to DUI Accident in Kanawha City

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A head-on collision puts several lives in danger and a woman in handcuffs.
Two cars hit head-on on MacCorkle Avenue in Kanawha City, not far from 29th Street about 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Kanawha County 911 Dispatchers tell WSAZ.com one of the drivers was under the influence at the time. Dispatchers also say she had a child and a dog with her in the car.
Officers took her into custody.
No word on any injuries.
