Putnam County Fair Kicks Off This Weekend

PUTNAM COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Fairs and festivals are kicking off all around our region.

The festivities get underway in Putnam County this Saturday.

Demolition derbies, motocross competitions, carnival rides, concerts and much more are all on the schedule this year.

The fairgrounds are located over in Eleanor. Gates will open Saturday at 8 a.m. Rides will start at noon.

The big event for Saturday will be the Tate Stevens concert. He will take the stage at 8:30 a.m.

The fair continues through July 19.
