RACELAND, Ky. (WSAZ) -- The Raceland High School football team gave thanks for a great season and prepped for semifinals.
The football team gathered together Thursday morning for a Thanksgiving breakfast.
Parents and community members served up biscuits and gravy along with eggs and sausage to the hungry players.
Eva Joseph, who is a parent of one of the players, teared up during the meal saying she is proud of her son as her time as a football mom comes to an end.
The team plays Williamsburg in the state semifinals Friday night.
The team's record this season is 11-2.
