GALLIA COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A Gallia County man is set to go to trial this summer, accused of having a sexual relationship with two young girls.
Joshua Sparkman, 25, of Bidwell, was indicted last month on two counts of rape, two counts of sexual battery, four counts of gross sexual imposition and two counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
According to the indictment, Sparkman had sexual contact with a 10-year-old girl and an 11-year-old girl between September 2013 and March 2014.
His trial has been set for June.
According to the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, Sparkman is a registered sex offender and spent four years in prison on a prior conviction.
